HRSA is accepting applications for the FY 2021 Sickle Cell Disease Treatment Demonstration Program. The goal of this program is to improve outcomes of individuals with SCD and their families by developing and supporting a regional SCD infrastructure that includes components necessary for providing comprehensive services to individuals with SCD and their families.

• Application Due Date: May 3, 2021
• Estimated Number of Awards: Up to 5 cooperative agreements
• Estimated Award Amount: Up to $1,150,000 per year (Northeast and Southeast) or $900,000 per year (Heartland and Southwest, Pacific)
• Period of Performance: September 1, 2021 through August 31, 2026
